All-in-one suites
Sorceress, Ludo, and Rosebud cover the same job from different angles: connected generators plus a path to a playable build. Aetherwright is that shape — atelier, not a single model.

Godot, ComfyUI, Trellis, Sprite Sage, GDevelop, Blender, LibreSprite, Tiled, Hunyuan3D — mapped to the same pipeline.
Sorceress, Ludo, and Rosebud cover the same job from different angles: connected generators plus a path to a playable build. Aetherwright is that shape — atelier, not a single model.
Scenario holds 2D style consistency. Meshy, Tripo, and Rodin own rigged 3D. Inworld and Convai own runtime NPCs. Suno / ElevenLabs own music and voice. Use them when a pillar needs to go further than a browser loom.
Cursor, Claude Code, and Copilot over Godot or Unity remain how most shipped games get written. Wright is the in-browser cousin: canvas games you can play in a minute, then graduate.
A fully open path in 2026 is ComfyUI (art + 3D) → Blender (rig) → Godot (game) with LibreSprite/Tiled on the 2D side and an agent like Godogen or 3AGameFactory driving the loop.
| Name | Kind | License | Maps to |
|---|---|---|---|
| Godot 4 The default open engine for shipping a game you own. Pair with a coding agent for an AI-native Godot workflow. | Engine | MIT | Wright · Arcade |
| GDevelop Events-based, export to web/desktop/mobile. Closest open analog to a no-code maker with an AI agent tier. | Engine | MIT | Wright |
| Phaser Battle-tested 2D browser engine. Wright emits canvas today; Phaser is the step up for scene graphs and physics. | Engine | MIT | Wright |
| three.js The 3D runtime inside Form Foundry. Also the export target for many AI 3D pipelines (GLB). | Engine | MIT | Form Foundry |
| ComfyUI + Trellis.2 + Pixal3D Local image-to-3D on consumer GPUs. Native Load/Preview/Save 3D nodes, PBR baking, commercial-friendly. | Pipeline | Open weights / Apache-class | Form Foundry · Surface Kiln |
| Sprite Sage Generate and edit pixel sprites, bake GLB turntables into directional sheets, export Godot 4 scenes. | 2D art | Open source | Sprite Loom · Sheet Knife |
| LibreSprite Aseprite's open fork. The desktop pixel editor you graduate to when Sprite Loom is too small. | 2D art | GPL | Sprite Loom |
| Tiled The map editor. Tile Weaver's JSON is a sketch; Tiled is the production layout tool. | 2D art | BSD | Tile Weaver · Depth Layers |
| Blender Rig, retopo, bake, and export GLB. Still the hand-off from any AI mesh that needs to ship. | 3D | GPL | Form Foundry · Surface Kiln |
| Hunyuan3D Strongest widely cited open text/image-to-3D stack in 2026 for self-hosted mesh generation. | 3D | Open weights | Form Foundry |
| Godogen Autonomous game generation for Godot, Bevy, and Babylon.js — agent builds, assets, and proves the result. | Agent | Open source | Wright |
| 3AGameFactory Requirement → assets + engine-ready code, with adapters for UE5, Unity, Godot 4, Blender, and three.js. | Pipeline | Open source | The Loom |
| jsfxr / sfxr The classic 8-bit SFX synth. Soundstage is the in-atelier cousin; sfxr is the standalone original. | Audio | Unlicense / MIT | Soundstage |
| Piper TTS Local neural speech. Use when Voices (cloud) is the wrong privacy or cost trade. | Audio | MIT | Voices |
| Bevy Rust ECS engine. Godogen can target it; a serious open alternative to Godot for code-first teams. | Engine | MIT / Apache-2.0 | Wright |
